1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BERT Interlinker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BERT Interlinker is a web-based tool that analyses crawl data you upload to generate internal linking recommendations using BERT-based semantic similarity. The Service processes your data, generates results, and provides downloadable reports.

3. User Accounts

You may use the free tier without creating an account. For paid tiers, you may optionally create an account via magic link email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.

4. Pricing and Payment

• The free tier allows up to 1,000 pages per run, with a limit of 1 run per day and 1 domain per day.
• Paid tiers are charged per run at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Paid runs are non-refundable once processing has begun. If a job fails due to a system error, we will credit your account balance.
• Account balances (wallet top-ups) do not expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malicious content, personal data, or data you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to circumvent free tier limits through automated means or multiple accounts.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third party's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.

6. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you upload.
• We process your crawl data solely to provide the Service (generating link recommendations).
• Uploaded files are deleted after processing is complete.
• Results are retained for 30 days from job completion, then automatically deleted.
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for training models.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and algorithms, is owned by BERT Interlinker. The link recommendations and reports generated from your data are yours to use freely.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BERT Interlinker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific run in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
