How does pricing work?
Every analysis runs for free, regardless of site size. You get an interactive results page with a per-page action plan, a map of your site's content, and link-check verification. To download the workbook with every row, pay a one-time fee based on the number of results found. No subscriptions, no monthly fees.
What do I get for free?
A lot. Upload any size site and get an interactive results page: work through recommendations page by page, see your site as a labelled map, and check which links you already have. Use Smart Rules to block unwanted link patterns. All free, no account needed. Unlock to download the workbook. A sample workbook built from demo data shows the format before you pay.
What's in the full Excel export?
A branded workbook with four tabs: Summary with charts and a progress tracker, a Section Links heatmap showing how your sections connect, a per-page Action Plan listing every link to add with a Done column, and All Results with every suggestion. Large and Extra Large reports also include a per-section workbook bundle (a zip of one workbook per section relationship). Extra Large reports are white-labelled for handing straight to clients.
Do I only pay for what I get?
Yes. You see exactly how many link suggestions were found before you pay anything. The unlock price is based on the number of results in your analysis, not the size of your site. If your site produces fewer results, you pay less.
How long are my results available?
Free results are kept for 7 days; paid results for 30 days (or 90 days for Extra Large). You can view your results preview and download the Excel workbook any time within that window.
How long does the analysis take?
Most sites under 5,000 pages complete in a few minutes. Larger sites (10,000+ pages) can take 15–30 minutes. You can close the tab and come back later — we'll email you when it's ready if you leave your email address.
Can I re-run the analysis later?
Yes. You get 3 free runs per day, every day. After you've implemented links, run a new analysis to see what's changed. Each run is independent — unlocking one analysis doesn't cover future runs.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund your payment in full. You can see the action plan and a sample of every suggestion on the free results preview before paying, so you'll know exactly what you're unlocking.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Upload and view results without an account. If you unlock the full export, an account is created automatically from your checkout email so you can access your results later.
