Frequently Asked Questions

What file format do I need to upload?

A CSV export from any major crawler: Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, or OnCrawl. The file needs at minimum a URL column and a title or H1 column. We auto-detect the columns for you.

How long does processing take?

Most crawls process in under 2 minutes. Larger sites (10,000+ pages) may take up to 5 minutes. You'll receive an email when your results are ready.

What does the similarity score mean?

The similarity score (0-100%) measures how semantically related two pages are based on their titles and headings. Scores above 80% (green) are strong matches, 65-80% (orange) are moderate, and below 65% are weaker matches.

Can I use this for multilingual sites?

Yes. BERTlinker auto-detects the language of your content and switches to a multilingual model when needed. It supports over 50 languages.

How long are results available?

Results are stored for 7 days (Free tier), 30 days (Small/Medium/Large), or 90 days (Extra Large). You can download the full Excel report at any time during that period. We recommend downloading your report shortly after processing.

What does the Folders tab show?

The Folders tab lists every cross-folder linking relationship on your site, for example /guides to /products, with the number of suggested links and the average similarity for each pair. It only appears when your site has more than one folder, and you can export the suggestions for any single folder pair once you have unlocked a run.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes. Sign in to your account and click "Invoices & Receipts" to access your full billing history. You can view and download PDF invoices for all purchases. Business customers can also add their VAT/Tax ID.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Use the form above or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
